Keith Harbeck and Paul Porter, the founding partners of Premier Pools & Spas, believe that a successful pool company should be built on a foundation of customer-focused employees and happy families.
When Premier Pools opened their doors in 1988, their goals were to:

Today, these goals continue to drive our company of more than 400 employees. Keith and Paul still lead the company – more than 13,000 pools later -- with the same commitment and enthusiasm as when they started.
